Specifically the issue is with the use of Shift key, for example typing the letters \u0bb3\u0bcd, \u0bb1\u0bcd, \u0ba3\u0bcd, etc was messed up.<\/p>\n<p>To resolve this issue, the following three updates should be uninstalled.<\/p>\n<p>1. KB2993651<br \/>\n2. KB2982791<br \/>\n3. KB2975719<\/p>\n<p>For those who would like more details, it appears that the three files:<br \/>\nc:\\windows\\system32\\gdi.dll (version 6.3.9600.17246)<br \/>\nc:\\windows\\syswow64\\gdi.dll (version 6.3.9600.17246)<br \/>\nc:\\windows\\system32\\win32k.sys (version 6.3.9600.17261 or 17238)<br \/>\nare buggy.<\/p>\n<p>Uninstalling the above three KB updates restores these files to an older version which resolves the issue. The versions that work are:<br \/>\ngdi.dll (version 6.3.9600.17111) and<br \/>\nwin32k.sys (version 6.3.9600.17200)<\/p>\n<p>Note &#8211; a reboot will be required after uninstalling these updates.<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ramasamy.selvaraj.9\/posts\/10152406485073225?fref=nf\">R.
